received. Standard shipping will take 7-10 business days. We use UPS and USPS.

How To Order: Ordering by Credit Card: You can order by credit card or
paypal through our 100% secure online store. Simply browse the categories and
add to your shopping cart anything you like. When you are ready, just hit the
checkout button on the right hand side and you'll be taken through a quick and
easy checkout process. We currently accept the following credit cards:
Mastercard and Visa. We also accept PayPal.
Ordering by Mail: If you wish to order by mail, simply go through
the website, add items to your cart and check out. Then you'll need to print
out your order confirmation page and mail it in along with your payment to
Dead Sea Wellness Spa 316 N. Santa Cruz Ave. Modesto CA 95354. We accept money
orders and checks if you are ordering by mail.
Ordering by Phone: We are happy to take your order by telephone.
You can call us at 209-527-6236. Our hours are from 12 noon to 5pm Monday thru
Friday Pacific Time. (We use the morning hours to process your orders and
answer our emails and return calls.)
Return Policy: We are so sure that you will love our Dead Sea
Skin Care Products as much as we do that we are offering a 30 day money back
guarantee! If you are not fully satisfied with a product for any reason, ship
the unused portion (you will be responsible for the shipping costs and there
must be at least 60% of the product left) and we will refund your purchase
price (minus shipping). In order to to accept your return or exchange, you
must email us at deadseawellnessspa@sbcglobal.net for an authorization number
prior to returning the item. All returns must be carefully packaged and
protected. If possible, please use original packaging. No returns will be
accepted after 30 days. If an item is defective, you must notify us within
seven days of delivery and we will replace it. Send all returns using some
form of shipping that allows you to secure proof of delivery. When your
package arrives, we will notify you. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. We
are confident that once you have used our products, that you will be
completely satisfied, and will share with your friends and family your new
